Here's a little slap of daftness for your thirsty faces. Dizraeli, Downlow and Bellatrix wrote, recorded and filmed this whole thing in a single afternoon in East Grinstead, during our February writing session at the Yogurt Rooms studio. The rest of the band were off doing other things, and here's what happened:
Ghosts, gods, thunder and a whole load of dope music. Dizraeli and Downlow bring you Godcast 7. Click on the cover below to stream it. Click here to download it for free.
Yerr, we're unloosing them all over the place. 'Was A Rapper' was filmed live for BBC Bristol. Cate had the flu so couldn't be with us, but look, here's Bellatrix on the harmonies.
Here's a sneaky keyhole into the coming album - 'We Had A Song' was filmed live at BBC Southern Counties a couple of weeks ago. Stories of growing up in Bristol, lost mates and memories.
Dedicated to the Crew Called Click.
It's done. Many late nights later, White Man (Moves) is ready, covered in Krishna Malla's dope artwork and running rude through the streets of everywhere. It's a journey from start to finish, and you can hear the whole album and read the story behind it now if you click on the cover below.
On Sunday we were in the BBC live studio in Brighton to play some of our new tracks and have a chat with Phil Jackson about what we're trying to do over here. It's only going to be available for re-listening until Sat 3rd of March so come and get it while you can. We're on at 2m10, 34m50, 46m40, the interview's at 56m and the last track's at 1h4m40.

At last, the brand new single from Dizraeli and Tom Caruana is yours - People Taking Pictures is unleashed, like an angry cow in a marketplace. You can get your free download of it and read all the lyrics right here. Spread the word!
Also check out the brand new video, created with Little Death Films who also did the Keep Your Head Down fillum... Bollywood and colonial colonels. Buh.
Chris Wood, many-times BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards winner, gave us a lovely nod including us in his feature "six of the best folk singers", in the Times Saturday Review. To be honoured alongside Martin Carthy as one of the six... is truly an honour. Thanks Chris. To read what he wrote click here.
Yerp yerp! The new menagerie album features the great and good of Brighton-linked hiphop: as well as Dizraeli and Teej, there's Dr Syntax, Elemental, Longusto, Vecks, Mole, Jon Clark, Baba Brinkman, Koaste, and Nick Maxwell. It's produced by the great Tom Caruana and has artwork by Tom Hines. We're completely sure it'll blow your mind. Here's the first single and video, 'Keep Your Head Down'. The download is free. I hope you enjoy it.
To begin the year of Apocalypse and Athletics, Dizraeli and Downlow bring you an even better mash of music and words. The theme this month is Water, and on a complete tangent includes an interview with spoken word don Polarbear, in a cafe. Click here to download your free copy of Godcast 4.

It was quite a weekend of loving for the Small Gods: not only did BBC Southern Counties (Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Surrey...) play our single, Million Miles; we also had BBC Radio Bristol picking up our October podcast and playing whole chunks of it on their Introducing show. Hear what they said about it here (from 37 minutes in) and if you haven't got your download of the Godcast yet, get it here.
